Acceptable Use

You agree to use RapLyrics for lawful creative purposes only. You are solely responsible for all inputs, prompts, and assets you provide. You may not use our services to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, threatening, harmful, or promoting violence.
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property or copyright.
  • Designed to harass, defame, doxx, or abuse individuals.
  • Used for spamming, bulk programmatic generation, or scraping.
⚠️ WARNING: Users may not generate targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, or abusive content toward private individuals. Accounts violating safety boundaries will be terminated immediately without refund.

Credits & Subscriptions

  • Subscription Reset: Monthly credits included in your subscription plan reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Credit Expiration: One-time credit packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Refund Policy: To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected]. Refunds for unused credits are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Merchant of Record: Payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management are conducted securely by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all transaction orders, billing support inquiries, and sales tax compliance.

RapLyrics provides AI music generation services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated lyrics or songs are entirely unique or free of accidental similarities to existing copyright. You assume all liability for content published using RapLyrics.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the services shall be instituted in the state or federal courts of the United States.
