Information We Collect

When you use RapLyrics, we collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: Email address and name when you sign up (via Google or email auth).
  • Usage Data: Lyric generation history, style/mood selections, and tool usage parameters to enhance user experience.
  • Payment Information: All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider and authorized Merchant of Record, Creem. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card details. Necessary order details are shared with Creem to facilitate transaction authorization and tax reporting.
  • Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to analyze platform traffic patterns and improve performance.

How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage your account, active subscriptions, and credit balances.
  • To operate and continuously optimize our AI music generation workflows.
  • To send essential service notices and customer support communications (marketing emails are opt-in).
  • To prevent fraudulent activity and enforce fair-use limits.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data to help run our platform:

  • Google Analytics (Traffic Analytics): Helps us analyze site traffic and user patterns. Data is anonymized; you can opt out via browser settings or Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
  • Creem (Payment Processing): Processes all transaction billing. Payment details are subject to Creem's own privacy policy and security terms.
  • AI Engines (OpenAI GPT & Suno): Your text prompts, styles, and song specifications are sent securely to OpenAI and Suno APIs to construct lyrics and audio stems. No personal identity information (such as your name or email) is shared with these providers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your generated content is stored for history tracking as long as your account remains active. You retain full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and request complete erasure of all associated data at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Cookies and Web Pixels

We use functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session parameters. You can control cookie preferences within your individual browser settings.
